I have been cooking for years and years and always added seasoning re salt and pepper as you do. Now I’m seasoning with Baja gold the seasoning is really seasoning and brings out the dimension in the taste of food amazingly. Honestly this is the seasoning of seasonings at last as “it should be”…please give this a go to really know the difference it’s truly incredible.. and it’s good for you yes
I bought the liquid to help with nutrients, and you hold it under your tongue for 2 minutes. Easy enough. I must say that it tastes like quality salt. I only received the package yesterday, so I can't report on the benefits of it yet. But what I can say is that it definitely has a strong salt taste ;)
This makes my cooking and consuming of foods just amazing. The minerals with salt stimulates the innate slavers of foods. Salt is and was a seasoning addition and know I know with Baja gold it really is the most amazing seasoning to add to boiling vegetables and adding to meats.
