I have been cooking for years and years and always added seasoning re salt and pepper as you do. Now I’m seasoning with Baja gold the seasoning is really seasoning and brings out the dimension in the taste of food amazingly. I bought the liquid to help with nutrients, and you hold it under your tongue for 2 minutes. Easy enough. I must say that it tastes like quality salt. I only received the package yesterday, so I can't report on the benefits of it yet. But what I can say is that it definitely has a strong salt taste ;)
