Salt has a great taste etc, but it seems a bit wet which makes it hard to sprinkle evenly and clumps on the steak or protein. Is this normal of this salt? I presumed it's because it's less processed than shop salt? Would the coarse salt be better? Thanks, still a good product
Hi Paul, thanks for your review! Baja Gold is naturally hygroscopic its minerals draw in moisture, so clumping is normal. A salt cellar or our ceramic grinders (no corrosion) keep it perfect for everyday use.

Pantry Essential, replaced the processed stuff in my kitchen. It has a rich, savoury flavour and you can tell it’s full of minerals not stripped like regular table salt. I even add a pinch to my water some mornings. Such a simple upgrade with a big difference.
