PAUL Salt has a great taste etc, but it seems a bit wet which makes it hard to sprinkle evenly and clumps on the steak or protein. Is this normal of this salt? I presumed it's because it's less processed than shop salt? Would the coarse salt be better? Thanks, still a good product
Hi Paul, thanks for your review! Baja Gold is naturally hygroscopic its minerals draw in moisture, so clumping is normal. A salt cellar or our ceramic grinders (no corrosion) keep it perfect for everyday use.
