This makes my cooking and consuming of foods just amazing. The minerals with salt stimulates the innate slavers of foods. Salt is and was a seasoning addition and know I know with Baja gold it really is the most amazing seasoning to add to boiling vegetables and adding to meats.
I’m now locked in and I’m sure it is adding to our overall health. Cheers nick

Gotta love the good salt
I purchased the course salt as I find this more beneficial for cooking and it dissolves very well in the drinking water as well. The flavour was excellent. I must say I don’t know if it’s mineral content is any better than the Celtic salt as they have no nutritional label on either packet for you to compare when it comes to 91 essential nutrients I bought this salt to try because of Gary Breckas recommendation but as the cost of the freight was so expensive and the sold itself I’m not sure if it was worth double the price so if you can purchase it in the USA I can’t see why you wouldn’t use it. It was beautiful flavour
