Have suffered gritty eyes and chronic thirst for years. Half a teaspoon in water in the morning and all symptoms have gone. So happy with this product.
Absolutely love this salt, best salt around with heaps of minerals, taste is awesome and it is a healthy option.
I purchased the course salt as I find this more beneficial for cooking and it dissolves very well in the drinking water as well. The flavour was excellent. I must say I don’t know if it’s mineral content is any better than the Celtic salt as they have no nutritional label on either packet for you to compare when it comes to 91 essential nutrients I bought this salt to try because of Gary Breckas recommendation but as the cost of the freight was so expensive and the sold itself I’m not sure if it was worth double the price so if you can purchase it in the USA I can’t see why you wouldn’t use it. It was beautiful flavour
