I’ve been using Mineral Immersion after showering and in the bath, and I love how light it feels compared with traditional magnesium oils. It absorbs quickly, doesn’t leave that heavy sticky feeling, and leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated. The refillable bottle also makes the 1 litre refill pouch especially practical.
This is the brand I prefer as it is the big bottle 60ml and the results I have had are far better than I expected. This is the 15mg active component version. Within days of taking this my mood started improving and my partner noticed it. It seems like the Neuro pathways are trying to rebuild themselves and I have noiticed my focus and short term work memory has improved as I am remembering work instructions and work guides with out having to look them up like I needed to before. My attendance has improved greatly and I know longer feel surrounded by fog in my head and I am looking to the future instead of just plodding down the same path as before.
